Items are super cute and well made. I just wish the seller would have worked with me more when I reached out regarding the late arrival of my products. I specifically paid extra for shipping so it would arrive sooner (before I left on a trip, as the items were gifts). The package delivered outside of the last date of the “express” date range given and after I had already left for my trip. When I reached out, there was no resolve or regard for my items not arriving in time for my trip. I was hoping for a refund on the gift items purchased, not all my items, but she did not address my concerns. Bit of a bummer with customer service, but quality of products is beautiful.
